Lord Jagannath Temple - The most important attraction of Puri is the Temple of Lord Jagannath. The temple houses idols of Hindu Gods and Goddesses made of wood. It is a wonderful example of the Orissa style of temple architecture. There is a 58 meter high spire with the Chakra (wheel) of the Hindu God Vishnu at the top.
